Leaving on a jet plane...

For the second time in a month I am traveling for work. Ray & Parker are getting more father son time this week. I was in Vegas at the beginning of March for my old position and now I am traveling to Philadelphia. This time I am attending a conference for my new position. I am looking forward to a little break from my normal routine. A little break is good for everyone :)

Monster Trucks!

(before watching video turn down your volume, it's loud!!) This is the first run of trucks and Parker wasn't sure what to make of it...

Parker had his first Monster Truck experience last night... He loved it! We went with a group of friends and ended up one row away from Ray's cousin Ashley!!


Parker loved sitting with his buddy Carter. The ear muffs never came off even when the trucks were taking breaks. I think we have created a monster!!


Parker was giving lots of love to Ashley & Caine. The trucks were loud but super cool. We are already looking at getting tickets for Monster in Jam in January 2014! :)

Smart Cookie

Lots of action at the Gibbs house. We have just been busy. Not with anything super crazy but just busy. Parker has been falling into a bad pattern of waking up several times a night. Being potty trained means lots of trips to the bathroom. I don't think he has to go but rather an excuse to get up.
Kids are smart. They can use this knowledge for good or evil (I consider evil waking up mommy 4 times a night). Even through the tough times it's times like this that make you forget all of the evil! :)

We are so proud of Parker! He is one smart cookie! :) Parker is 2 years & 4 months old in this video.

Las Vegas Baby!

Well, right now I am sitting in a hotel room in Las Vegas. I am here for a work conference and this my 3 day here. I am traveling with 11 people from work so lots of fun. The conference is going well and I am sitting in bed preparing for a day filled with more sessions.

I am missing my boys at home. Ray and I have been texting and they are doing well. It snowed 4-5 inches last night in Columbus so they are dealing with that mess. Here is what I am dealing with...

Great conference so far. Just can't wait to get back to my boys & my bed!!

Buzz Lightyears

Parker is currently watching Toy Story, any of the three, at least once a day. He also likes to jump so in this video he is combining both. Love this crazy and fun little boy!
